What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist for our client, a Global E-commerce company specializing in baby products. Committed to delivering quality and comfort for parents and their little ones, our client is expanding its digital presence. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of parent audiences and bring creative expertise to elevate the company brand visibility.

This role is 100% work from home. The client is based in Sydney, Australia. Reporting into the CMO. This role is a flexible part-time opportunity that requires a 20-hour workweek commitment with a potential of increasing work hours as the team expands.

In This Role, You Will

  • Execute the social media strategy as defined by the CMO across various social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Amazon
  • Develop a social media posting schedule and use apps to automate posting as per the Strategy
  • Lead the influencer engagement strategy and execution - bringing your expertise in influencer management to promote the brands products and messages to new parent audiences
  • Edit content such as images and short videos to distribute across insta and TikTok. As an all-rounder you are proficient in tools such as video editing software and Canva
  • Post content regularly to Amazon posts across all products and assist the CMO in Amazon influencer programs
  • Assist with Set up and optimizing email funnels to build a database and enhance customer engagement.
  • Set up and manage a Facebook Group, utilizing your skills in community management to grow and engage a group of moms

About You

Core qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, specifically targeting parent audiences.
  • Proficiency in editing videos and distributing content on Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing email funnels for Shopify
  • Strong image and video editing skills, with knowledge of tools like Canva.
  • Experience in influencer strategy development and execution.
  • Mid-to-Senior-level expertise in social media management.
  • Familiar with Amazon seller platform and Amazon posts and influencer marketing
  • Ability to set up and manage a Facebook Group, creating an effective funnel.
  • Systematic approach to influencer management
  • Understanding of brand strategy and how to implement this to social media marketing
