Compensation: $65,000 to $120,000 Annually

About The Role

At GoodFin, the latest technology meets the world of private wealth. We believe in great design, great investment products, and a great network of early users who love what we are building. Our invite-only membership has grown to date primarily by word of mouth and through partnerships, and we are getting ready to share our story more broadly. As our first marketing hire, you have the chance to become the storyteller, brand ambassador, performance marketer and community builder rolled into one. You'll develop and drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You should have a strong ability to build meaningful connections with high value consumers, forge brand partnerships, and create buzz in the market.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Design and drive the overall marketing strategy by developing unique on-brand programming and partnerships that drive awareness, traffic and revenue
  • Own execution of all marketing acquisition channels, including, but not limited to: organic channels, partnerships, Google, LinkedIn and other social media, email campaigns, events and public relations
  • Create and edit content and copy for external communications including customer correspondence, websites, advertisements, marketing/sales materials, and presentations
  • Work closely with Design to develop new creative and narratives
  • Work cross-functionally across our team to align customer journeys and experiences
  • Drive planning and execution of marketing events, and professionally represent the company at our events and other industry, client or partner events
  • Grow and nurture our community of members via online or in-person events, campaigns, and programs
  • Stay current with consumer preferences and industry best practices

🙌 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives, especially for products that have scaled from 0 to 1
  • Proven track record in driving content and programming with measurable results in acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Skilled at pillars of an integrated marketing plan, including social media/influencer marketing, e-mail marketing, content marketing, advertising, sales promotion, events/production and public relations
  • Experience executing within social media advertising environments
  • Experience creating a variety of ad formats, including, but not limited to: images, animations, carousels, videos, collections, reports, etc.
  • Experience with best-practice acquisition funnel strategies
  • Exceptional communication and narrative skills
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with an ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve problems quickly
  • Past work with high-end / luxury brands and good aesthetic sense (preferred)
