The Imagine Brands team is seeking a VP, Digital & Partnerships to join the team. The ideal candidate would fully own the growth, strategy, and execution of Imagine’s social footprint. Lead campaigns of new releases in coordination with distributors and build direct-to-social original content packages that can be sold to external parties (brands/distributors).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide strategic thinking and leadership across the entirety of Imagine’s slate of film, tv, doc and audio projects across all stages (development, pre-production, production, release) to ensure our slate breaks through
  • Oversee agency partner for execution and growth of Imagine’s IG handle
  • Build systems to create efficiencies in reporting & delivering quality creative
  • Oversee Imagine Entertainment’s growth across social channels
  • Instagram: Continue on current or sharpened strategy with focus on scaling followers and sharpening campaign approach for new releases (in coordination with
  • TikTok: Collaborate on strategic approach and launch the channel, make pivots as needed with eye towards audience growth and opportunity to develop new IP, produce any/all content needed to run the channel
  • YouTube: Posting all trailers for the entire Imagine library, behind the scenes content and relevant content from TikTok and IG account. Turn on ads to drive passive income stream and leverage SEO
  • LinkedIn: Maximize this channel in coordination with PR to showcase the successes and stories of Imagine’s slate to further the credibility of the company
  • Attend and lead conversations with distribution partners to concept new release campaigns in alignment with distributors + support and impact their plans as needed
  • Build strategy and execution plan to support the growth of Imagine’s founder channels (Ron Howard & Brian Grazer)
  • Help to build social media and content packages that can be produced with 3rd parties (brands/distributors)
  • Provide guidance and consultation on pitch decks
  • Join new partner meetings where helpful and necessary
  • Identify direct-to-social original content opportunities to meet the moment of an evolving landscape
  • Provide guidance/strategic thinking in what types of content will perform best utilizing your social savvy
  • Think through ways original content production can upscale current and new client roster
  • Consult and/or create an influencer network that can benefit all parties


  • Qualifications:

    • 10+ years professional experience with in-depth knowledge of social platform, audience growth, content strategies, trends, and insights
    • The ideal candidate has strength in content creation, production and distribution strategies
    • Passionate about finding audiences and producing top-notch content
    • Strategic thinker who revels in ideas that are executable
    • Leader with a growth mindset, collaborative spirit who is excited to innovate
    • Experience establishing and operationalizing social calendars
