Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Paid Social Media Coordinator. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining Amica’s paid social media activities and employee social advocacy program. They work strategically with the Social Media and Customer Insights Supervisor and Social Media and Customer Insights Officer to advance our paid social media and employee advocacy goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Activate Amica’s paid social media campaigns on Meta, Pinterest and other channels, as needed.
  • Create and maintain detailed trafficking sheets for all paid campaigns across channels that include audience, spend and creative.
  • Assist with audience targeting strategy
  • Maintain and implement test and learn strategies across channels
  • Work with agency on creative and media strategy for paid social channels
  • Implement and execute organic boost strategy on owned channels
  • Create and maintain tracking urls
  • Monitor campaign performance and use metrics and data to optimize paid social campaigns to meet benchmarks
  • Coordinate employee social advocacy program to increase awareness of Amica
  • Investigate potential new paid social channels/formats
  • Assist with influencer content as-needed
  • Perform and document competitive intelligence to support paid social efforts
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, journalism, marketing or communications or related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience activating paid social campaigns with deep expertise with Meta platforms.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr paid advertising module is a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills.
  • Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse team full of opinions and ideas.


Salary

Our annual starting salary is between $65,752 - $87,943, based on your level of experience. This position is a 37.5 hour work week Monday through Friday between the core hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days work from home once trained to work independently.
