Position Summary:As the Lead Strategist specializing in Influencer Marketing and Organic Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative strategies across TikTok and Instagram platforms. This dynamic position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in influencer engagement and a deep understanding of organic social media dynamics.
Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Client-Centric Approach: Understand client objectives and goals, conceptualize effective social & influencer strategies, and lead the team in the execution of impactful campaigns that drive results.Team Oversight: Provide oversight to the social media strategist teams who focus on organic social media campaigns and the influencer campaign leads who focus on influencer marketing campaigns to ensure account performance is meeting or exceeding Client KPI's.Platform Expertise: Demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in TikTok and Instagram, staying ahead of trends and algorithm changes to drive effective strategies.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies, influencer marketing trends, and platform best practices to bring innovative approaches to campaigns.
Campaign Development
Strategic Design: Develop and design initial strategies for influencer marketing and organic social media campaigns tailored to achieve client marketing targets, emphasizing KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, writers, and designers, to ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy and resonates with the target audience.
Client Retention & Renewals
Renewal Strategy: Ensure account health surpasses standards, conduct successful renewal strategy checkpoints, and focus on retention and renewals through account performance oversight and ability to handle Client escalations.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferredMarketing experience, with strong digital marketing and social media understanding (3+ years experience)Influencer marketing experience within an agency or client-side environment (3+ years experience)Organic Social Media Marketing experience within an agency or client-side environment
