Summary Of Position
Our ideal candidate is a thinker and doer, ready to hit the ground running and support the team on influencer programs. This person is obsessed with culture and looking for ways to constantly evolve our North American brand presence across the influencer space that align with business goals. In addition, this person will be a key player in developing brand’s overall strategy, process, and execution for influencer strategies, together with agency partners. Candidate should have a foundational understanding of the intersection of paid, earned, shared, and owned (PESO) media in digital campaign orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Understands and applies best-in-class influencer, PR and social practices (and platform capabilities) to our external brand campaigns.
- Create influencer best practices and strategies to share KCNA brand’s point of view to effectively engage audiences. Lead and consult teams to create programs that drive culture and keep brands innovative.
- Works directly with brand teams and in-house or external agency partners to support and lead development of end-to-end influencer campaigns for a variety of objectives including awareness, growth, and/or consideration with influencers at all scales (micro, mid, macro, mega)
- Understands various filters and benchmarks that make someone influential for a given brand, category, or sector and advises on when best to leverage different influencer tiers and verticals using data.
- Analyze program and content results, applying key learnings to optimize future projects.
- Responsible for ensuring all influencer programs are legally compliant with FTC regulations or other applicable rules & regulations.
- Work with brand teams to ensure influencer assets are effectively leveraged across 360 marketing channels.
- Help identify a roster of best-in-class influencer platforms, networks, agencies and tools to improve our influencer capabilities and results.
- Supports Associate Director of PR in mitigating business issues and risk.
- Conducts landscape and social and cultural listening research to identify content, creative and strategic opportunities for our North American brands.
- Utilizes influencer results and social listening tools to conduct audits and develop reports and monitor trending and high-performing influencer campaigns.
- Tracks and measures the impact of Influencer efforts leveraging data to support continuous improvement and make informed decisions about channel strategy, including paid.
- As needed, help execute PR strategy and tactics together with influencer workstreams for maximum impact and efficiencies.
- Provide platform-specific counsel and best practice guide related to managing influencer programs across KCNA.
- Assists and participates in influencer education and training programs on behalf of Kimberly-Clark
- Educates brand teams on best practice in the influencer and social media space, proactively sharing knowledge and updates.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with BA in communications, journalism or marketing preferred.
- 5-10 years related professional experience
- Strong understanding of the PR, digital marketing, influencer and social media landscape
- Agency experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience with social listening, analytics and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr
- Experience preferred in setting up paid and organic campaigns on major platforms (Meta and TikTok)
- Experience with Meta Insights, XAnalytics and TikTok Influencer Programs
Preferred
- Prior experience in a large multinational company or consumer packaged goods organization
- Agency experience
