Analyst - Aerie Paid Marketing & Strategy
Purpose
Job Description
The Analyst - Aerie Paid Marketing & Strategy is responsible for digging into marketing data to uncover optimization opportunities and accelerate testing ideas. This Analyst has a track record of turning numbers into actionable insights and a passion for interpreting data into the bigger picture. Reporting into the Director of Aerie Performance Marketing, together they will work to drive more efficient results for key KPIs and drive overall growth and profitability for the Aerie brand.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive business growth by deep diving into data, uncovering trends, patterns, and improvements to identify & inform paid media testing opportunities
- Collaborate with channel managers to optimize campaigns and to meet or exceed efficiency targets
- Partner with organic growth lead to identify trends in organic data – identify opportunity areas for organic growth
- Provide cross-channel reporting on a weekly/monthly/seasonal basis, communicating performance vs goal & layering in key insights
- Develop and maintain analytics related to paid influencer programs (talent, influencer, micro creator program)
- Leverage performance trends to forecast out key metrics including, but not limited to, traffic, conversion rate and AOV to impact strategic business decisions
- Remain fully informed of the business strategy and priorities ensuring that measurement goals are met
- Own all Media invoicing, including creation of POs and accepting/reconciling vendor invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an analytics or digital marketing
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills
- High-level understanding of digital marketing channels and their optimization levers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- High degree of proficiency with data tracking, analysis, and visualization software including but limited to: Google Analytics, Paid Marketing Channel Platforms, Tableau, Excel, MMM/MTA integration
- Retail and/or Direct to Consumer experience is a plus!

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
