Marketing Content Creator & Copywriter

Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 Annually

Position Summary:

MacroHealth is looking for a sharp, creative copywriter to join our growing Marketing team. As Marketing Content Creator & Copywriter, you will help shape the voice and tone of our brand across all external channels. You will be tasked with composing copy for external communications purposes, including but not limited to: presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, marketing emails, social media copy, website pages, print ads and more.

Key relationships: Marketing management, Sales, Customer Experience

Key Accountabilities:

  • Write original copy that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct for a wide range of materials (technical, short form, long form, headlines, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other functional teams to generate a volume of ideas and concepts for a range of internally and externally facing touch points, including presentations, email, ads, social media, landing pages, product collateral and more
  • Build a bank of tested and proven copy for presentations, ads, emails, and other marketing purposes
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Research and understand MacroHealth brand, products, audience, and competition
  • Adopt and enhance company’s voice and messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other functional teams to ensure brand consistency across initiatives
  • Support broader marketing projects and initiatives as directed

  • Exceptional proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to concept and generate a volume of ideas
  • Ability and willingness to stay on top of current trends and industry knowledge
  • Ability to quickly absorb and process information
  • Openness to receive and incorporate feedback into work
  • Storyteller with an ability to break down complex concepts into extremely simple and clear terms
  • Comfort working in an environment of team collaboration and collective brainstorming

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of copywriting experience, healthcare experience preferred
  • Broad experience in all forms of copywriting (i.e., storytelling, short-form for advertising, organized and informative writing for websites, press releases and byline articles)

Salary: USD $55,000 - $60,000
