Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 Annually
Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media community management strategy, including initiatives by channel
- Execute social media strategy and plans in partnership with Founders, Marketing team and Digital Team
- Work closely with Guest Experience Team to ensure a holistic brand voice when interacting with customers
- Work with team to plan and develop the monthly social media content calendars (e.g. copywriting, sourcing UGC, etc)
- Publish daily content on social media channels – planned posts and stories
- Perform always-on community management to build and nurture community – responding and engaging with fans and customers
- Monitor and redirect customer service inquiries via social media to the Customer Service Team
- Monitor and redirect store feedback to retail leadership, receiving updates once resolved
- Establish channels for customer feedback and conversation
- Provide on-site coverage at events
- Assist in creating short-form, of-the-moment content for Instagram stories
- Assist in creating monthly social media reporting on performance with optimizations
- Prepare monthly social recap reports
- Provide insights from community data and post insights to be leveraged by the Marketing and Digital teams
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Ensure there is a database of captions to support content posting
Requirements / Qualifications
- 1-2+ years social media, influencer or PR
- Proven experience as a community manager either for a consumer brand or at an agency
- Deep understanding of social channels, tactics, and paid social media tactics
- Ability to think quickly, problem solve, and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with social analytics and measurement evaluation
- Meticulous attention to detail, resourceful, with a can-do attitude
