What You’ll Do
We're in search of a passionate and innovative Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to play an instrumental role in our small-but-mighty marketing team. As the leader of our digital sector, you'll be charged with the responsibility of amplifying our online presence and stimulating demand through a systematic blend of online performance marketing, efficient paid media, and owned & operated channels. This Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will have a comprehensive skill set in digital strategy, social media, and tool administration. As a focal point in our marketing team, you'll be entrusted with broadening our digital footprint, from social media and paid campaigns to webinars and website management.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy to enhance engagement and conversion, evaluated primarily by the number of sales-accepted leads acquired through growth marketing channels and the efficiency (ROI) of those strategies
- Website Management: Be the custodian of our website, ensuring it's always updated, optimized, and in line with our brand's voice. Optimize website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO visibility and positional ranking on target keywords.
- Performance Marketing: Orchestrate and monitor online marketing campaigns ensuring optimal ROI. Develop acquisition strategies for SEM, display, paid social and influencer channels (including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn paid networks)
- Paid Media Optimization: Maximize the effectiveness and ROI of our paid media endeavors.
- Conversion & Optimization: Direct website conversions, implementing best practices in SEO/SEM, and other digital avenues. Manage the continuous optimization of digital marketing performance leveraging data analytics and A/B performance testing.
- Social Media Management: Work with the product marketing team to own and elevate our brand's presence across all social platforms, strategizing content, engagement, measurement and growth metrics.
- Tool Ownership: Oversee the administration of our digital tools, including our webinar platform and HubSpot, ensuring they align with our marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Liaise with growth strategy, product marketing, SDRs, content, and PR teams, integrating all marketing efforts.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze digital campaign outcomes, web traffic, and conversion metrics, offering actionable insights for consistent enhancement.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years execution-level expertise and experience in all digital channels including paid search, paid social, display ads channel management, and others.
- Multi-Channel Growth - You have deep experience in executing and developing strategies for organic and paid growth through multiple stages of scale for high-growth companies, such as Organic Search/SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Referrals, Content Marketing, and Community Marketing.
- Domain expertise in B2B sales-led growth marketing
- ABM - Account Based Marketing
- You have excellent data analysis skills. You love to dive into numbers and to interrogate a growth engine or campaign's performance to identify less obvious bottlenecks or high-leverage opportunities.
- Strong creative abilities and taste with proven ability to look at marketing assets through the eyes of the audience and channel strategies
- Experience in GTM-supported marketing settings where growth and sales teams collaborate to support
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as: Google Analytics, Webflow, Mutiny, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Drift, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience running campaigns with advanced a/b experimentation, creative testing, and targeting strategies.
- Experience with paid media channels, paid search, SEO, and other digital marketing capabilities.
- Experience building compelling B2B digital journeys driving increased brand awareness / share of voice, new customer acquisition engagement and monetization.
- Strong ability to analyze an idea and develop a plan to execute
- Strong command over social media strategy and management
- You're a strong collaborator who can build productive relationships with cross-functional team members, agencies, and freelancers.
- You're skilled in project management and can drive content initiatives from start to finish.
- You have experience measuring content performance and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your content plans.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias towards action.
