Social Media & Community Marketing Specialist - Cozi

As a Social Media & Community Marketing Specialist for Cozi, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth efforts for the Cozi brand by managing our social media presence and cultivating our online community.

What You Will Accomplish

• Create and manage social media content calendar
• Draft and design all posts, including images and copy
• Identify and source content from external content creators
• Publish content on Cozi social media channels, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Manage, nurture, and engage with audiences on social media channels
• Monitor performance of posts, creating reports and recommending adjustments as needed to achieve business goals for reach and engagement
• Monitor and respond to reviews of Cozi
• Keep a pulse of social media presence of content creators in the family space, including competitor apps
• Develop and maintain relationships with key content creators in our space
• Stay up to date on social media platforms and develop recommendations to maximize the impact of Cozi’s social media presence
• Conduct recruitment and outreach to content creators for Cozi’s affiliate and influencer marketing programs
• Conduct day to day tasks to manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs, including screening applications and supporting ongoing reporting
• Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns on social media platforms in partnership with Cozi team
  
  

Who You Are

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Willing to learn and adapt daily
• Well versed in social media platforms
• Curious about the parent/family influencer landscape – you know who to look for and who is up & coming
• Resourceful and able to take the initiative to research if you don’t know how to do something
  
  

What You Bring

• 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in social media, influencer, or affiliate marketing
• You are well-organized with excellent time management skills, and able to deliver on a content calendar
• Experience or familiar with design tools like Canva and/or Adobe
• Experience building reports and analyzing data
• Mobile app experience preferred
