Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in the management of influencer partnerships and collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, and content approval.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and gifs, for use on social media platforms.
- Provide administrative support for social media-related tasks, such as organizing assets, maintaining content calendars, and tracking expenses.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
