The Role

We’re looking for a fantastic new Senior Manager of Artist Experience who is passionate about advocating and making positive impact for Redbubble's artist community. Reporting to the Senior Director - Artists & Content, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the overall strategy for Redbubble's artist function, ensuring the community remains vibrant, connected and aligned with Redbubble's mission.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and champion the strategic direction for artist community engagement, aligning initiatives with Redbubble's core objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of community engagement programs and lifecycle management strategies, ensuring they resonate with the artist community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community initiatives into broader brand goals.
  • Leverage data and insights from the Artist Managers to enhance the overarching artist community strategy.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for community engagement and lifecycle management, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Shape the future of the artist community - use analytics to offer valuable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Flex your creative and strategic muscles in identifying growth opportunities for your community, while overcoming any obstacles
  • Provide leadership to Artist Managers that inspires innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support the career growth of their direct reports, ensuring their fulfillment and success within their roles.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years' proven experience in leadership roles dealing with community engagement.
  • Experience with artist, creator or seller communities or an online marketplace is favourable.
  • Passion for cultivating a vibrant artist community, dedicated to creating positive engagement and experiences.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and program leadership skills, aligning initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize program performance (SQL a plus).
  • An active Redbubble artist is a major plus!

We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees relative to the San Francisco City market, regardless of their location. In pursuit of pay equity and fairness, the starting annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $105,000 - $110,000. The final offer may be determined by a number of non discriminatory factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees annually, subject to board discretion.
