Job description: Catface is looking for a seasoned Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be privy to new and upcoming social media trends and have a proven track record of managing and growing successful social media accounts. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Post daily engaging and on-brand content
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve social media strategies and tactics
● Community engagement with followers by responding to comments, messages, and replies across various social media platforms. Manage and respond to messages received through social media, directing inquiries to the appropriate contact within the company as needed.
● Create and maintain social content calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings
● Generate compelling content, including videos, stories, blog posts, and monthly misc content for ALL social media, LinkedIn, email and other marketing channels
● Research and explore social influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility
● Maintain organization across all support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art, e-commerce, and upper management, to align social media efforts with overall company objectives
Requirements:
● Proficient in video creation.
● 2-4 years of digital marketing experience.
● Proficiency in many social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc
● Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
● Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
● Able & willing to keep up with the demands of a fast-moving creative environment and adapt quickly to evolving processes and workflows
● Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met appropriately
● Proactive, independent, and maintains a tenacious work ethic
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bonus skills:
● Experience with digital content creators is a plus
