pH-D Feminine Health is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our social media strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in building and managing owned social media content across various channels. Develop and execute social media strategy and content across channelsDrive follower growth and engagement on key social media platformsFormulate actionable strategies for content, partnerships, and influencer collaborationsImplement a data-driven approach to optimize content for improved conversion ratesLead and manage direct reports, agencies, brand partners, and contractors to deliver on marketing objectivesManage and enhance our founder’s social media presence and platformAbout You:

Passionate about social media and leveraging technology to connect with audiencesConsumer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding audience motivationsKeen awareness of cultural trends and ability to create content that resonatesStoryteller with the ability to create and brief video and static content for different channelsProficient in creating retailer-centered content to drive customer engagementResourceful, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

3-5 years experience leading social media strategy and content creation for an omnichannel CPG brandDemonstrated success in growing organic social channels for brands and individuals in both followers and engagement ratesHave owned and managed multiple social platforms through deep understanding of social trends, app algorithms, and techExperience managing people, teams, agencies, and/or contractorsYou have created and led successful micro-influencer programs and brand partnerships that drove growth and engagementExperience writing clear, actionable briefs for a creative team by leveraging consumer, market, and/or competitive insights

Requirements:3-5 years of experience leading social media strategy and content creation for omnichannel CPG brandDemonstrated success in growing organic social channels for brands and individuals in both followers and engagement ratesHave owned and managed multiple social platforms through deep understanding of social trends, app algorithms, and techExperience leading and managing people, teams, agencies and/or contractorsYou have created and led successful micro – influencer programs and brand partnerships that drove growth and engagementExperience writing clear, actionable briefs for a creative teams by leveraging consumer, market, and/or competitive insightsFirst Month Goals:Develop a 90-day plan for successBuild relationships with cross-functional teamsAlign with Marketing Director and CEO on strategic vision and prioritiesUnderstand our consumer, key category drivers, and competitive landscapeMaster the use of pH-D’s internal tools and analytics related to social media managementThree-Month Goals:Evaluate performance and identify opportunitiesDevelop a strategy supporting 2024 brand goalsEstablish a robust content calendar for all relevant channelsLeverage PR hits in social content to increase impressionsWrite the first brief and collaborate with Creative to improve the briefing processBegin working with Founder and CEO on a social strategySix-Month Goals:Demonstrate success in delivering follower growth and improved engagementCollaborate with the agency to refine the influencer program with clear KPIsDevelop a 2-3 year vision for pH-D’s social media objectives and team evolutionBecome a trusted thought partner to Sales & Marketing Team leadership and the CEOOur Shared ValuesKind and Grateful - Be present and put the good of the team above personal needs.Resilient and Results Oriented - Honor commitments to one another.
