The Manager, Integrated Marketing - Chandon works with the Head of Brand in the development and execution of the consumer engagement strategy for the U.S and ensures plans are in line with global and local strategies as well as the MHUSA 2030 vision. They act as the point person for the Champagne & Sparkling Consumer Engagement team and are accountable for supporting Consumer Engagement planning on behalf of the brand, ensuring execution within guidelines, and measurement/reporting of the brand “Big Bets,” resulting in cultural relevance and long-term brand equity and desirability for Chandon.

“Big Bet” Programming & Interagency Leadership

  • Support the development and implementation of integrated consumer engagement programs including PR, Experiential, Paid Media, Social, Influencer Relations, etc.
  • Lead CRM and social initiatives for the brand, partnering with the Winery, Maison, Consumer Engagement, and Center of Excellence teams to deliver content and cadence of messaging that ladder back to key brand messages and activity.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to handle sophisticated campaign and activation timelines and results across IAT (including IAT briefings, idea generation, perfect execution, program optimization and post-program measurement), ensuring collaboration and fluid communication across external partners.
  • Partner with the Champagne & Sparkling Consumer Engagement, PR/Communications, Chandon Winery and MHUSA Center of Excellence (Media, Sports, Partnerships, Entertainment) on goal alignment, strategy and briefing for agencies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track and measure program effectiveness, ensuring reasonable return on investment.
  • Coordinate CE product, content and POSM requests.

CRM

  • Work with the Brand Head, Consumer Engagement Head, CRM COE, and Maison team to define the Chandon US CRM plan and overall content planning.
  • Develop CRM/email creative briefing, lead approval with Brand Head, and ensure deployment.

Social/Influencer

  • Partner with Consumer Engagement and PR agency to plan the organic social calendar.
  • Responsible for gathering social media monthly reporting from agency and communicating as appropriate to internal partners/providing recommendations for improvements and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Engagement and PR agency to lead influencer segmentation, strategy, and be responsible for execution.

Experiential

  • Work with Brand & Communications teams to map out the consumer digital journeys for each of the big bets across Champagne & Sparkling brands.
  • Develop and deploy consumer-first, outstanding campaigns, and experiences across digital platforms to build reputation, create brand/product demand, enable sales and gain market intelligence.
  • Thought Leadership: Remain relentlessly up to date on emerging and future trends across all relevant platforms to ensure we are bringing innovation and enhancing the impact of brand big bets.

Budget

  • Plan, forecast, and handle program budgets ensuring efficiencies across all programming.
  • Ensure activations follow budget protocols and align with MHUSA code of conduct.
  • Support Head of Brand to handle the budget according to company standard.

Relationships

  • Maintain successful relationships with agency business partners and other third-party collaborators to continually ensure their dedication to delivering brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers, cross-functional and external partners and maintain strong working relationships, internally and externally, across the brand, Champagne & Sparkling, MHUSA, and Maison teams.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required

Professional Experience

5 years of experience in an agency, brand, or entertainment role

Practical/Technical Knowledge

  • Highly effective written and spoken communicator; comfortable presenting in large groups
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite; thoughtful storyteller via PowerPoint and can sort details via Excel
  • Detail oriented with strong skills in project and timeline management; can lead large, intricate tasks proactively and autonomously
  • Expansive knowledge and pulse on cultural trends
  • Excellent understanding of PR landscape, including social and influencer relations
  • “Can do” demeanor – willing to jump into big, culture-defining projects - and equally determined to handle project budgets accurately
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mentality by continually evaluating, revising, and responding with agility to meet evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.
