Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing
The Opportunity:
Earth Breeze is looking for an awesome Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing (SMSM) to join our dynamic Retail team. This leader will play an influential role within both the Earth Breeze Marketing and Retail Teams, helping to establish an in-store and digital “look of success” for the Earth Breeze brand across all retail partners. The SMSM will also be a key partner in driving commercial innovation within the Earth Breeze brand across US Retail.
The SMSM is responsible for developing in-store retail marketing programs, engaging with the sales/brand team and developing and maintaining key customer relationships. Reporting to the EVP of Retail, this role will be crucial in optimizing our retail operations and commercial strategy. This role will closely coordinate with the Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Creative and agency partners to support the Earth Breeze retail mission and ensure consistent marketing strategy and execution. The role will be to translate Earth Breeze’s strategic direction into in-store marketing tactics customized for retailers that drive consumer trial, brand loyalty and ultimately profitable sales.
Responsibilities:
As Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing, you’ll be responsible for:
- Drive shopper strategy and creative for Earth Breeze in strong collaboration with Insights, Creative and Commercial Development teams with the goal to elevate shopper solutions and capabilities, and leverage key insights to drive sales and share.
- Spearhead development and share out of Shopper Insights and plans, program measurement, evaluation, and analysis. Evaluate omni-commerce tactics and cutting-edge program activation elements to support product activation within the Retailer environment.
- Assist in executing cross-functional omnichannel campaigns, including brand campaigns, product launches and other go-to-market activities, that span the retail shopping environment.
- Guide management of brand-specific creative development with the shopper marketing agency, evaluating strategy and creative communication across key stakeholders. Oversight of headquarter-based shopper marketing budget for both working and non-working dollars.
- Manage ongoing development, asset management, content updates for online ad building tools to support Retail sales team. Coordinate phased updates with agency and vendor to build capability for organization.
- Build and maintain multi-discipline relationships within the organization including developing and delivering presentations to gain buy-in and to drive results. Examples are inclusive of, but not limited to: Annual Planning, Investment requests, etc.
- Provide thought leadership by partnering with internal Growth Marketing & Digital stakeholders to track digital marketing & website activities, synthesize learnings and refine the online-to-store growth flywheel to maximize ROAS, share of search, keyword strategy.
- Budget Management: Own Shopper Marketing Budget management, tracking, team adjustments in collaboration with the Finance co-pilot.

Experience
- 5+ years of Retail Marketing experience, including managing in-store marketing ideally with a beverage brand or CPG company.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or a related major.
- Experience with Channel/Shopper Marketing planning, project management and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Professional, enthusiastic, a solid team player and possess a drive for results.
- Experience and a proven track record of working closely with internal sales and retail marketing teams to develop and execute successful 360° in-store retail marketing and promotional programs.
