  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in social and influencer marketing/digital media, including paid media and marketing transformation.
  • 6 years of experience in partnerships for enterprise, brands across talent partnerships, platform partnerships, and agency relationship/partnership management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with product teams, data scientists, and cross-functional marketers.
  • Experience working with a wide array of talent such as music houses, celebrities, athletes, social influencers, etc.
  • Experience in social marketing, especially with regard to both community as well as product inclusivity/equity.
  • Understanding of AI’s current and future role in marketing and in society.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including international teams as well as Finance, Agency Relations, and Legal teams.
  • Ability to produce executive-friendly and public-facing mass communication.

About The Job

As an Executive Social and Brand Partnerships Manager, you will lead our efforts in partnership excellence at every layer. You will use the expertise in social as well as marketing operations and understanding of the ever evolving landscapes across agencies, platforms and technologies including AI and partners to develop and scale modern systems of reward and accountability that center on true partnership. You will support enterprise partnerships with agencies and large social platform partners to enable foundations to support exceptional execution on a global scale that consider the needs of various product areas, regions, and locals.

In this role, you will use the understanding of the evolving landscape of trust and influence, rooted in current social-first culture and with consideration of the impact of AI, to identify a cohesive and strategic approach to connect and authentically integrate Google in brand-accretive partnerships at every stage of the consumer journey resulting in more effective and efficient partnerships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$246,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop agency and platform partnership strategy to leverage our relationships towards groundbreaking work for our users and playbook to enable product areas to do the same.
  • Lead the direction and execution of how partnerships operationalize to create industry first ways of working. Develop partnership strategy spanning all levels of influence and business models.
  • Stay up-to-date on the marketing trends and technologies, including new social platforms, trends, and integration of AI.
  • Optimize the process at a global level to support and enable scaled social marketing. Enable social teams to connect with platforms in an orchestrated and intentional manner, scaling content and campaigns globally.
  • Coordinate with Employee Resource Group (ERGs) and other resources to ensure the framework has longitude and durability.
