We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director to lead our integrated content solutions teams. This role is essential for shaping the future of our organization as we integrate multiple solutions and teams to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As the Senior Director of Client Success, Integrated Content Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leadership: Provide visionary social and client-first leadership to your team and to Bazaarvoice’s clients, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Social-First Approach: Develop and champion a social-first mindset throughout the organization, ensuring that social and digital solutions are at the forefront of the customer experience.
  • Platform and Creator Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to the integration of multiple content platforms and multiple creator communities, creating shared processes and workflows, and ensuring seamless operation and a unified customer journey.
  • Scaling and Automation: Implement solutions that scale efficiently, leveraging automation to enhance customer experiences and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support Infrastructure: Establish the appropriate support levels and methodologies to enable influencer marketing teams to excel, ensuring alignment between solution, strategy and realized value.
  • Shared Processes and Workflows: Develop and implement shared processes and workflows that streamline operations, foster collaboration across multiple teams, and ensure consistency in customer interactions, especially between content teams (social commerce, influencer marketing and sampling).
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention rates, customer experience, digital solutions, and platform integrations, regularly reporting progress and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.


Who You Are

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on customer experience and social solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformations and scaling customer-oriented solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of social commerce, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree (MBA, etc.) is a plus.
