Creator Agency Partners (CAP) are agencies that either manage, represent, or have access to the creator talent in the US and serve TikTok Shop by acquiring, educating, and incubating creators to produce Short Video + LIVE e-com content at scale. This role is responsible for building and executing the strategy for growing the CAP partnerships and operations.

Responsibilities
- Design the key creator agency partnership strategy for TikTok Shop - to define goals, identify opportunities, and design approach
- Work with key creator agencies, talent management agencies, influencer marketing agencies, and MCNs with strong focus on e-commerce and support day-to-day operations and optimization
- Serve as the subject matter experience and develop operational programs for creator agencies
- Develop incentives to drive growth of key business metrics; deliver bimonthly, semi-yearly, and yearly growth goals
- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

- 3+ years of related experience building partnerships with agencies (influencer marketing agencies, talent/creator management agencies, or similar agencies)
- Experience running programs at scale (Affiliate or Influencer programs are ideal)
- Strong knowledge and experience of social e-commerce and the creator economy is a must
- Experience with the digital content landscape, eg live, merchant operations, short videos, creators, e-commerce, and especially talent management agency/influencer marketing agency, a must
- Strong connections with creators and agencies preferred
- Experience in data-driven and highly analytical roles
- Experience developing effective instructions, decks, and standard operating procedures to support agency programming operations
- Good team player, fast learner, open to changes

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
