TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Work with gaming creators to establish the gaming genre on TikTok LIVE and create a gaming community within TikTok LIVE.
- Source creators who have basic go-live behaviors based on performance metrics into community creator management through both manual outreach and established outreach processes.
- Execute the creator onboarding process, such as signing NDAs, adding to community Discord, sending invitations, tracking sign-up/attendees and support onboarding webinars.
- Support the community program execution, including but not limited to, sending community emails & Discord messages regarding creator education, campaign and product info, and actively track the engagement metrics for next step iterations.
- Develop and implement measures necessary to engage creators and viewers and build a community, in cooperation with game companies and the games department within TikTok.
- Gather information on new game title launches and updates to existing game titles through market research and create a roadmap for community building.Qualifications- 1-3 years experience in creator management, sales operations, or general operations at a high growth consumer technology company (or similar) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in online community building and engagement.
- Track record of exceptional executional capabilities of delivering assigned tasks.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills and ability to work in an international and diverse environment.
- Experience in basic data analysis and insights reporting.
- Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality).
- Experience with Discord and/or other scaled communication methods.
Preferred qualifications:
- A deep understanding of gaming communities and the gaming industry.
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends.
- Experience creating and presenting webinars, communications, and other creator focused connection points.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65000 - $117000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
