Where will I be working?
You will take on the role of Influencer Specialist on our RhythmInfluence team.
The Influencer Specialist role will be responsible for supporting our RhythmInfluence Sales Support team comprised of Sales Strategists and Account Managers. The Sales Strategy team creates integrated proposals and supports the sales team in their quest to secure revenue. The Account Management team is a post-sale group that works with our clients and influencers to drive successful influencer marketing programs. The Influencer Specialist team ensures we can deliver for our clients by taking on various tasks to provide a best in class managed service approach. This role provides the opportunity to learn various facets of influencer and social media marketing in a fast paced, driven environment.

Where will I be working?
The Day Of An Influencer Specialist Will Vary Depending On The Workload Of The Larger Team And Related Deliverables/deadlines. Weeks Will Be a Mix Of The Below
- Influencer brand safety & competitive vetting
- Campaign Sentiment Analysis and Reporting for an array of clients.
- META & TikTok reporting on a weekly/monthly basis and/or at the end of a campaign.
- Proposal creation support based on RFP’s received from ad agencies/clients. This could include:
- Creative content thought starters based on the RFP ask.
- Sample Talent
- Talent profile Powerpoint slides
- Rationale for Talent or Content included in the proposal
- Concept and Draft review against client provided campaign briefs.
- Live link tracking to maintain our database of content from past and current campaigns.
- Campaign monitoring inclusive of screenshot decks of content created by Influencers.
- Research associated with specific clients asks such as best practices in a particular category, new social platform releases, etc.

- Strong organizational skills
- Excel & Powerpoint experience
- A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary.
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Burlington is $53,000 - $60,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
