The Creator Experience team builds the tools that empower our newsroom to plan, create and curate high quality content for our readers. The Senior Product Manager, Creator Experience, is a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional agile team dedicated to developing and enhancing our custom suite of creator tools.The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for digital media and the technologies that empower content creators. You will play a crucial role in understanding the nuances of the creator tools space through thorough research and data analysis. Your responsibilities will include setting clear objectives, prioritizing efforts effectively, and executing roadmaps to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role is based at The Post’s headquarters in Washington, D.C working in a hybrid remote/onsite model.Motivation:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle for creator tools from initial idea generation to market release.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Editorial and QA, to deliver top-tier products.
- Help define and manage the product roadmap, clearly define product specifications in the form of requirements documents, and prioritize features to meet strategic goals.
- Engage closely with internal newsroom stakeholders to understand their needs and devise solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
- Anticipates and prevents roadblocks before they occur.
- Consistently communicate project updates, potential risks, and new opportunities to leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements in content creation and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience in digital creator tools or related fields.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to build strong partnerships across disciplines that result in better product outcomes
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills that enable you to illuminate and deliver presentations on complex, technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in the digital content and creator tool landscape.
- Proficiency in using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify user requirements and shape product solutions.
- Experience in working with research and design teams to conduct qualitative studies and translate insights into product enhancements.
