We are looking for a client-focused self-starter who is detail-oriented, creative, and adept at creating engaging video content, as well as coordinating and managing multiple training activities. Job Description:

This role involves creating and overseeing video content to promote product adoption, leveraging creativity, and staying updated on social media trends. Additionally, the role involves managing digital content, coordinating training schedules, supporting end-user training delivery, updating technical training materials, and evaluating Learning Management System (LMS) options to deliver digital training content. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This position necessitates close collaboration with our deployment engineering, product development team, customer success team, and customers trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Streamline Training Operations: Coordinate smooth implementation of quarterly and off-cycle training sessions for customers in collaboration other teams, including attendee sign-up, pre-training material distribution, access to live instructor-led trainings, and surveys. Continuously improve training operations to ensure organization and efficiency. Research and assess new Learning Management System options for effective training delivery.
  • Enhance Training Materials: Regularly update and enhance training materials in collaboration with teams to ensure they are visually appealing, up-to-date, and aligned with product changes following quarterly releases.
  • Manage Training Video Content: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of video content, ensuring its quality and relevance. Continuously assess video content for updates. Facilitate customer access to video content, ensuring smooth accessibility.
  • Develop Training Videos: Create and release tailored training videos to improve product adoption with Qmulos customers, in collaboration with compliance subject matter experts

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere) to create and publish training videos.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate video content.
  • Creative skills and an eye for design to review and enhance training materials for visual appeal and relevance.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities to evaluate video content regularly.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate customer access to video content and coordinate training sessions.
  • Experience with scheduling tools or project management software (e.g. Monday.com) to arrange training sessions efficiently and track pending updates to materials.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the ability to maintain and update them as needed.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in researching and managing them for training delivery.
  • Preferred qualifications (not required):
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and/or GRC content development or training development
  • Understanding or expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and/or GRC concepts.
