Title Anthropologie Group: Influencer Marketing Associate

Reports to: Sr. Manager Influencer Marketing

Overview:

The Influencer Marketing Associate will support the day-to-day of the Anthropologie influencer marketing team. This person will partner with the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Influencer Marketing Associate and Anthropologie’s cross-functional teams to execute the Anthropologie, Anthro Weddings and AnthroLiving influencer campaigns and giftings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Ambassador campaigns for Anthropologie, AnthroLiving and Anthropologie Weddings. Including but not limited to:
    • Expand the Anthropologie, AnthroLiving and Wedding’s brand awareness by selecting ambassadors who meet reach KPI expectations and further focus on ways to expand AnthroLiving and Anthropologie Weddings programs
    • Strategize ways to grow the AnthroLiving and Weddings ambassador programs, drive ambassadors to anthropologie.com and utilize ambassador content on additional O&O marketing channels
    • Develop new ways to promote home and weddings products with lifestyle crossover ambassadors
    • Manage monthly ambassador product selection process: coordinating product assortments with Merchandising that match creative inspiration, monthly icon product strategy, creation of product selection visual decks, and manage the updating of ambassador landing pages online
    • Manage the ambassador campaign launch process including but not limited to: ensuring cohesive influencer brand messaging for content, checking product availability, placing product orders, managing shipment process to ambassador, manage order issues that may occur, and review live content post-campaigns and giftings
    • Partner with creative team on monthly briefing and to develop ambassador personal style archetypes/sensibilities for product selections
    • Develop recapping to report on performance metrics to create actionable takeaways
    • Manage financial process- tracker and trial balance in partnership with Brand Coordinator
    • Manage ambassador agreements/contracts
    • Find new, creative opportunities to grow the ambassador program
  • Micro Influencer:
    • Strategize new ways to engage with micro and nano influencers as a way to reach the target consumer
    • Manage and ideate incentive opportunities inclusive of commission for micro influencer program
    • Manage casting, vetting, and monitoring micro influencers
    • Strategize and facilitate usage of micro influencer content on other marketing channels
    • Develop reporting process for micro/nano influencers
    • Partner with Influencer Marketing Associate on awareness campaign
    • Manage 360 marketing campaign to promote micro influencer program
    • Strategize local geo-targeting inclusion opportunities for micro influencer program inclusive of content, reporting, casting, etc.
  • Co-Op:
    • Coordinate with Co-Op team to manage co-op ambassador campaigns on a monthly basis
    • Coordinate with Influencer Marketing Associate on influencer event and activation co-op inclusions
  • Budget:
    • Manage all details of the Ambassador program budget in a timely manner including:
      • Ambassador pay-out platform balances and fund requests
      • Invoice submissions to finance team
      • Monthly finance tracker completion

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years influencer management and/or social media experience desired
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, trends, and the Anthropologie customer – especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
  • Affiliate influencer marketing experience
  • Existing relationships with US-based influencers and brand marketing a plus
  • Experience with the Creator IQ influencer marketing platform a plus
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration.
