POSITION SUMMARY:
The Content Creator Specialist will play a key role in developing visually appealing and compelling multimedia content for Project HOPE’s website, social media, and marketing and fundraising initiatives. They will partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets that align with our new refreshed brand and meet the needs of our target audiences.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Multimedia Content Creation: Design and produce a variety of multimedia assets, including but not limited to graphics, videos, animations, interactive presentations, and other visual content.
- Video Production: Design and produce captivating videos, animations, and motion graphics for promotional and educational purposes. This may involve video editing, motion graphics creation, and sound design.
- Animation: Create animated content and motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal of our materials.
- Interactive Design: Design engaging and interactive presentations, infographics, and web content that enhance user experience.
- Branding: Ensure consistency in design elements and branding guidelines across all multimedia assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and fundraising teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet the project goals.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our multimedia designs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality is maintained.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in multimedia graphic design, including a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in communications within global health, international development and/or emergency response organizations.
- Client management experience on the agency side.

Salary range starting at $65,000 USD per year based on candidates residing in the US. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors including a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
