We would like to appoint a Junior Influencer & Partnerships Strategist to become an accelerant and further catalyst for the development of our Influencer Marketing team in the US, being part of the team that builds a key area of the business.

Influencer marketing is a core piece of our business and we are seeking someone who is as passionate about this world as we are. Most importantly, we want somebody who is bold and creative, who thinks not only about what works today but what works tomorrow.

Candidates must live and breathe the world of influencers, social content and online communities. We’re looking to find somebody who wants to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up, and help grow a key part of the business.

This position will work across influencer and social media workstreams and develop holistic experience in strategy in these areas. Working hand in hand with our teams across paid, organic, creative, and creative strategy teams as well as our Intelligence & Technology team. As an integrated role, teamwork and collaboration will be pivotal in the candidate’s success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Development of strategic influencer strategies, working with senior team and content leads
  • Development and execution of social media campaigns – including copywriting, content calendar planning, community management, and measurement
  • Working with teams to ideate and execute multi-platform influencer programs leveraging trends and data driven insights
  • Identification, outreach, negotiation, project management and measurement of influencer programs.
  • Developing campaign reports across influencer and social by tracking and optimizing content (both paid and organic)
  • Keep on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies and influencers in the US market
  • Carry out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencers
  • Providing a social/digital perspective on traditional public relations programs i.e. media relations, events
  • Educates and shares knowledge with teams on trends and best practices

What you’ll need:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in PR, Influencer, Digital, Content or Brand Marketing
  • Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape and experience with platforms
  • Experience of influencer programs from start to finish
  • Experience of brand ambassadorship or affiliate marketing for smaller influencers
  • Experience publishing content on client socials either natively or through third party platforms
  • An understanding of insights and metrics from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Some experience with negotiating partnership agreements and existing relationships with US-based influencers is a plus
  • Creative problem solving skills; the ability to think on your feet and come to solutions with the help and guidance of colleagues
  • Good analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and have experience using the appropriate tools and methodologies to measure impact of campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to both negotiate strongly while maintaining goodwill with influencers, managers, agencies, etc. Bonus:
  • Experience developing and deploying products/merch for influencers
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships with key influencers

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000.
