ACR Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Ecommerce Manager with a primary focus on establishing and enhancing direct B2C sales channels in Europe via our websites and leveraging the Amazon marketplace platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can devise and execute comprehensive plans to drive sales growth and brand visibility across various European markets.

Role: International Ecommerce Manager - Direct B2C Sales in Europe

Location: Margate, UK or Fort Lauderdale, FL, US

Role Overview:

As the International Ecommerce Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the expansion of our company's direct B2C sales channels within the European market. This role demands a keen understanding of ecommerce strategies, VAT, market trends, and a proactive approach to implement and optimize sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • European Market Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for a B2C sales in various European countries, including market analysis, competitor research, and marketplace strategies.
  • Website Optimization: Oversee the enhancement and optimization of our website for European markets, ensuring a seamless user experience, localized content, and adherence to regional regulations and preferences.
  • Amazon Sales Channel Management: Manage and optimize the company's presence on Amazon, utilizing best practices to maximize sales, improve product visibility, and oversee inventory management.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and relevant third parties to amplify brand visibility, advertising, and drive sales growth.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and utilize insights to refine strategies for improved sales and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align strategies, optimize product offerings, and ensure seamless operations across all channels.
  • Develop forecasting and work with ecommerce supply chain team to ensure fulfillment centers are stocked appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in ecommerce management, preferably in an international capacity with a focus on European markets.
  • Strong understanding of B2C ecommerce platforms, including website management and Amazon seller central and Brand Management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluency in multiple European languages is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
