Time Needed: 2-3 days/week ~16-24 hours/week

Timeframe: May-August

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to conceptualize, create, plan and execute engaging and visually appealing social/digital content
  • Provide administrative support to the social and marketing teams, including managing calendars, scheduling, organizing documents, coordinating with vendors, product shipments, and assisting with data entry and reporting tasks
  • Craft compelling social media copy that captivates our audience, drives engagement, and effectively communicates key messages
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality visual content for social media platforms by participating in photoshoots and providing creative input to ensure the production of engaging and on-brand video and imagery
  • Collaborate with Social Media Manager in overseeing the Content Creator and Gifting Program to develop compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, leveraging current trends and data-driven insights to enhance content performance and drive engagement across channels
  • Assist marketing team with ambassador and influencer program, ensuring timely communication, tracking deliverables, and analyzing performance metrics to cultivate long-term partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for the brand
  • Engage with brand's online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and interactive online environment

Experience/Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms: Ability to navigate, understand, and effectively use various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook
  • Strong skills in content creation including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts (graphic design and video editing is a plus)
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for social media content, campaigns, and strategies, as well as adapt to new trends and technologies in the social media landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and positively with team members, partners, and community
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle branding & marketing
  • On the pulse with social media and pop culture trends

Requirements:

  • Must be in either NYC or LA
  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or recent graduate
  • 16-24 hours/week

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
