Major Food Group is hiring an experienced Marketing Activations Manager to join our growing team

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role of the Miami based Marketing Activations Manager is to support efforts to drive awareness around and trial of the Major Food Group masterbrand, the various restaurant brands, and the individual restaurant properties. This individual supports the development of Major Food Group’s premier food and beverage destinations that delight guests with optimal efficiency and unparalleled experiences vis-a-vie traditional marketing and all social media channels. Crossfunctioally, this role works closely with all other departments to ensure Major Food Group is always putting its best foot forward aesthetically.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with internal regional and property operations teams to support marketing strategies with an emphasis on bringing property activations to life via social media channels
  • Driving communications across all social platforms, with a concentration on Meta, in addition to LinkedIn
  • Working with the Director of Marketing to explore new marketing platforms and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends
  • Aligning with the Director of Marketing and the property teams to proactively amplify activations messaging locally and via the larger MFG communication channels and integrating at the local/property level
  • Support influencer initiatives accordingly
  • Continually monitoring analytics to gauge interest and excitement, offering recommendations based on consumer behavior, integrating KPI with digital marketing
  • Collaborating with other facets of marketing, i.e. digital, crm to amplify marketing communication across all platforms.
  • Aligning with other members of the marketing team to manage editorial / promotional calendar, ensuring all initiatives are being reflected across all communication channels
  • Cross-functionally coordinating with other departments for feedback around initiatives launched in the marketplace
  • Interfacing with external agencies, to support awareness building initiatives, around each region and brand, and help drive traffic to the various outlets
  • Coordinating media interests as directed, and ensuring effective contact with target media and appropriate response to media request.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Marketing, advising regional / local operations teams of potential opportunities to impact awareness
  • Supporting marketing and communication projects from ideation to development, execution and measurement

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Digital, Data, Advertising, PR, Communications, and Campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate concepts into effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional content writing ability
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
