We are searching for a highly capable email marketing specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimization of email marketing programming across all of Hammerton’s brands and audiences.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing email marketing strategies that are aligned with key business goals, planning and executing subscriber newsletters, promotional campaigns, transactional email programming and lifecycle drip campaigns against key audiences, creating compelling content that resonates with different customer segments, developing A/B testing strategies to optimize performance, ongoing KPI analysis to refine campaign strategies and continuously improve the ROI of our email marketing efforts, and ensure compliance of email marketing and list management practices with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in email campaign planning, copywriting and content creation, testing and data analysis, list management, working with marketing automation tools and collaborating with internal teams to drive successful email marketing campaigns. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking and project management skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Data Analytics
- 3+ years’ experience as a digital marketing specialist, ideally with at least 1 year of email marketing experience
- Working proficiency with marketing automation platforms, SEM, SEO and Google Analytics
- Creative and analytical talent demonstrated through the ideation, development and performance assessment of a variety of digital marketing campaigns
- Proven planning and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly juggle strategic visioning with hands-on execution
- Outstanding oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, content management systems, CSS, Excel, Powerpoint; experience with Microsoft Access a plus
