ALOHA Collection is a fast growing lifestyle brand that was born out of a love of travel, adventure and the ocean. This California based brand with Hawaiian roots located in Encinitas, CA focuses on travel accessories. Travel is our inspiration, the beach is our home.

SUMMARY: ALOHA Collection is seeking a creative and analytical person to help coordinate our digital media influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to post-campaign reporting. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of the influencer marketing space, is an extremely effective communicator, and has a passion for networking and building relationships with other people. This person will take on an active role in managing and scaling our influencer marketing program and will report directly to the Manager of Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Craft innovative/advantageous partnerships with social media influencers/ambassadors who can drive orders, spread positive word of mouth, and increase overall brand reach.
  • Lead email communication on influencer campaigns between ALOHA and influencers, ensure campaign and briefings are executed correctly and on time, and optimize strategy when necessary.
  • Own and scale organic ambassador community while simultaneously supporting paid ambassador program day to day functions
  • Adept at managing and owning cross-functional workflows
  • Manage and scale organic gifting efforts
  • Own budget including promo forecasting, ordering, and all associated workflows
  • Simultaneously manage a high volume of influencer relationships, interactions and shipments; meanwhile fostering long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators
  • Strategize with the Sr. Manager of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to ensure partnerships are driving cost efficient customer acquisition and make real-time necessary updates to partnerships in an effort to exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to ensure that content and influencers are well aligned with brand goals.
  • Pull and interpret ad hoc and monthly reporting with key influencer metrics such as ROI, CPA, engagement rate, etc.
  • Stay in tune with the everchanging Influencer Marketing landscape cross platform (IG, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch etc.)

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Strategic mindset with experience leading and executing influencer marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to deliver metric driven results
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Deep analytical experience and ability to evaluate social metrics and apply a data-centric approach to testing and optimizing content
