American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. Within GCS, the Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending and Co-Brand cards.

The Senior Manager for the Prospect Dynamic Application Experience will play a pivotal role in the success of our digital acquisition channels. By developing the next phase of the dynamic application experience, the person in this role will be designing and advocating for a more seamless application journey, making it easier for small businesses to learn about and apply for a new Card.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand and launch new dynamic application functionality and experiences across our proprietary digital application & onboarding journeys to improve application starts, completes, and approvals
  • Lead cross-functional partners to develop, test, and launch new dynamic application experiences that utilize Risk capabilities to improve customer experience
  • Develop a marketing and communications plan to market an enhanced dynamic application experience
  • Own A/B testing, forecasting, and tracking results
  • Partner closely with the digital product team to ensure project prioritization and implementation timelines meet the requirements driven by Marketing
  • Build close relationships with Risk, Enterprise Digital, AEMP54, and Global Servicing Group teams to deliver a best-in-class dynamic application experience across critical parts of the application journey E2E
  • Innovate and expand the foundational test & learn program and research agenda
  • Define and represent the business outcomes required by Marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent prioritization, strategy thinking, and influencing skills
  • Comfort with using data and pulling marketing levers to drive growth and efficiency
  • Passion for creating best-in-class experiences for prospects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including a demonstrated ability to pivot quickly and confidently
  • Collaborative approach to solving business problems
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • An external perspective and an understanding of competitive space

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic marketer with demonstrated experience in performance marketing and/or product development
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
