Technology Content Creator Intern – GT Colleague Experience Team

Position Summary:

The GT Colleague Experience Team works across our IT teams to foster engagement through meaningful interactions. We analyze survey data and incorporate that feedback into training classes, org designs and operating model enhancements.

We are bringing new capabilities to ADM and are in search of curious, creative, and technical trainers who enjoy working with end users and standing up something from scratch. We want to enable our technology colleagues to make decisions quickly and accurately and understand how to navigate our expansive environment. Our Colleague Awareness Analysts create and maintain training material, deliver customized content to employee groups, partner with leaders to develop team standards, and analyze survey data to enhance our existing materials. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials for as required to support the needs of the Global Technology teams. Content may consist of orientation, manager development, technology training, and education on ways of working
  • Customize existing training solutions and to develop new materials to meet employee needs
  • Develop and edit videos to be used in training classes
  • Maintain records of attendance and provide reports to management on a monthly basis to demonstrate training effectiveness
  • Maintain a repository of existing material and provide updates as required

  • Able to script, record and edit videos
  • Interact and deal effectively with people while maintaining a professional manner
  • Demonstrable ability to work on your own as well as within teams
  • Complete projects tasks in alignment to project schedule and manages times to prevent projected collisions
  • Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration & conflict resolution
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with constantly evolving information
  • Able to evaluate and balance priorities while adapting to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed


Skills you will acquire:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, CourseMill, SnagIt, ChatGPT, Camtasia, and/or web search
  • Ability to take current internal and external events and use that information to build employee training
  • Ability to build courses in our learning management system using a variety of tools
  • Understanding of how to interact with global teams in all forms - face-to-face, web conference, telephone and/or email


Education Requirements:

  • Progress toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Organizational Behavior
