About the Role:
The Ad Content Creator will be responsible for blowing up news feeds across the United States through humorous and engaging Facebook/IG/TikTok video ads. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for storytelling along with the technical shooting and editing skills to tell them. Additionally, candidates should be well versed in the FB/IG platforms as both a user and a creator. Prior marketing/advertising experience is not necessary — we’re looking for someone who can consistently create high-quality content!
Candidates MUST be comfortable performing on camera without being too concerned about their personal image. Ideally, candidates will possess a desire to perform along with an electric on-camera personality.
This role will report to our Director of Performance Marketing.
The anticipated compensation for this role will be $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
This is a full-time, hybrid 6-month-long employment opportunity with benefits in a growth-focused & collaborative team environment. This will be a hybrid position with an onsite requirement 3 days per week at our HQ office in Marina Del Rey, CA.

What You'll Do:
- Generate between 5-8 Facebook and Instagram advertising concepts per week
- Script, shoot, and edit the material you need to execute on the concepts you’ll generate
- Source trends to adapt them into ad concepts
- Collaborate closely with our broader Creative, Social, and Growth teams
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of how ad creative impacts performance metrics and business revenue
- Report on the outcome of your concepts with analysis rooted in metrics
- Provide support on various creative initiatives that interest you
About you:
- Strong editing skill-set with proficiency in Premiere
- Excellent writing skills
- An interest in learning the data behind what’s making your ads work
- Possess a passion for visual storytelling and a desire to learn more
- Enjoy being on camera and not afraid to take creative risks
- Energetic, witty, and a good sense of humor
- Gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency
