Job Overview
EVPassport is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the dynamic EV (electric vehicle) infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant demand and pipeline to support Sales teams, ideally with prior experience managing others and successfully building out Marketing campaigns in a SaaS or tech environment. In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be located in the Boston, MA area.
You Will
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to personnel (i.e. real estate, etc.) within the industry, considering the unique characteristics and trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a (small but growing) cross-functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Management: Oversee and guide a growing team to drive lead generation & pipeline to contribute to the overall success of the Sales org.
- Brand Development: Establish and enhance the EVPassport brand within the industry (B2B2C), ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships within the tech and electric vehicle industry to amplify marketing efforts.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience within Marketing leadership, preferably within the EV or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing others and building out marketing programs.
- Previous experience working in a growing tech company or startup environment (strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Salary: $130,000-$160,000 | Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including the candidate's prior relevant job experience and skill set.
