Position Description

We’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator that is organized, detail-oriented and energetic! This role will work with the brand marketing team to support programs that grow brand awareness and engagement for Learning Resources through video content.

Scope Of Responsibilities

The individual in this role will:

  • Conceptualize, create, and produce engaging video content for various social media channels, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and outlined strategy.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with social media content creators. This involves providing guidance, feedback and assets to ensure that the team produces high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create video assets that support brand and digital campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Oversee the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to post-production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain high-quality standards for all video content, including editing, graphics, sound, and overall production values.
  • Analyze data and insights to optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to video content production.
  • Manage budgets, equipment, and external vendors as needed to support video production needs.
  • Ensure all video content complies with relevant copyright and legal guidelines, including music licensing and talent releases.
  • Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.


Requirements/Preferences

  • 1+ years of experience in video production for a consumer-facing brand on social media
  • Experience shooting and creating content for digital platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Similar Field
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellence in visual design and videography- animation skills are a plus
  • Demonstrating knowledge of social media best practices and trends, advanced social media platform knowledge
  • Highly detail-oriented, outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Results-driven attitude; a self-starter who thinks and participates effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritizes responsibilities and highly organized; able to track multiple projects at once
