We are actively seeking a Sales Director, Social, and creator Subject Matter Expert with a keen focus on social media and creator marketing to bolster our SaaS sales team. As the SME, you will bring subject matter expertise to enhance our sales process, demonstrating deep knowledge of social media and creator marketing and showing potential clients the unique advantages our SaaS solutions offer in this space
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Enablement:
- Provide specialized knowledge during sales pitches, demos, and client meetings, emphasizing the advantages of our SaaS solutions in the context of social media and creator marketing.
- Collaborate with core sales teams to identify opportunities and tailor presentations to potential clients' specific needs.
Market Insights & Feedback
- Continuously monitor the social media and creator marketing landscape to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Relay insights to both sales and product teams, suggesting adjustments in sales strategies or product enhancements.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges in the realm of social media and creator marketing.
- Organize and lead workshops or webinars showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS offerings in the specified domain.
Collaboration With Marketing
- Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling sales collateral that highlights our product's strengths in social media and creator marketing.
- Offer insights for targeted marketing campaigns or content strategies.
Sales Targets & Goals
- Achieve and surpass sales targets specific to the social media and creator marketing solutions.
- Continuously refine sales strategies in response to market feedback and performance metrics..
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years focusing on social media or creator marketing.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to foster meaningful client relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Range quoted denotes On Target Earnings (OTE) at a 60/40 split Transparency & Integrity Builds Trust At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will also be eligible for additional compensation incentives including an annual bonus and other great benefits.
