A Social Media Assistant is responsible for supporting the social media team in creating and executing engaging content across various platforms. This role involves assisting with content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and interactions.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that align with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
