About Our Company:
- Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in LA connecting leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We represent 100+ YouTubers and create partnerships with dozens of brands every month.
- We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to assist in pitching, negotiating, and managing deals between our YouTubers and brands.
- We are building a long-lasting business in the creator economy. We are looking to hire someone who can see themselves starting their career here and staying with our company for 10+ years.
- Relationships are the core of our business and we take a personalized approach to partnerships, so we are looking for someone who is willing to invest their time in building meaningful relationships with the influencers and brands we work with, and overall bring a very positive tone to their work.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch, negotiate, and close hundreds of new partnerships every month. Be creative to uncover new opportunities, create win-win partnerships, and develop a strong sense for matching the right creators with the right brands.
- Email & phone communication between creators & brands. Provide an exceptional experience — focusing on speedy, high quality, and honest/transparent communication.
- Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (ClickUp, Notion) updated. Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve client service.

- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills: Must communicate with brands & creators quickly and effectively with the right information, in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Team Spirit & Positive Energy: Maintain a "can-do" attitude, show passion in your work, and work well with our team. Give a really positive vibe in your emails to clients, making them love working with us. Your positive energy should contribute to both team dynamics and the overall office environment.
- Life-Long Learner: We are looking for someone who is always curious to learn more and improve the way they do things. There are many specifics on how we operate Adhesive, so we are looking for someone who can take feedback well since there will be a larger learning curve.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Airtable (very important), Notion, Asana/ClickUp and Google Sheets is required. Our internal business relies on Airtable, and negotiations often happen via email and Google Sheets. If you you’re quick with the email shortcuts, that’s a huge plus too!
- Creativity: Needs to be able to think creatively through what a partnership could look like between a creator and brand. Ability to think through issues that come up between creators and brands and how to solve them so it’s a win-win solution.
- Honesty: We do not sell partnership we don’t think will perform. We are NOT looking for someone who is just trying to sell the most deals. We are looking for someone who creates the right partnerships that benefit the brand, the creator, and their audience, even if this means saying no to certain opportunities.
- Numbers: Must be good at math (or quick with a calculator) for calculating deal rates.
- Attention to Detail: We're handling large influencer campaigns worth thousands of dollars. Any mistakes can be costly, so high attention to detail is crucial.
- Reliability: We have ads running and deals closing daily. We need someone reliable who can work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines.
- Long Term Mindset & Loyalty: We are building a last business. We are looking for someone who is looking to stay with our company for decades to come! This means that you’re loyal to Adhesive Media, to our clients, and to being the best version of yourself!
- Work Experience: Any level of experience in influencer marketing is great, but not required! The most important is having 1+ year of experience with working in a team and providing customers with a “6 star experience.”
Skills & Competencies:
- If you are in LA, it would be 4x days a week in the office (nearby the Grove)
- If you are not in LA, it would be remote (but we meet up at least 1x/quarter)
- Full Time, US Hours
