We are an emerging company experiencing rapid growth, with our second location set to open in New York. To support this expansion, we are in search of a Social Media Manager who has a knack for setting trends and producing viral content. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging our unique services and products to craft compelling stories and campaigns that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand presence in various social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience, including a minimum of one year in managing social media for brands.
  • Profound knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and oversee brand social media content utilizing Photoshop and similar design software.
  • Skilled in producing platform-specific content directly within Instagram and TikTok, understanding their content requirements and subtleties.
  • Up-to-date with the evolving social media landscape, identifying trends, best practices, and new technological or risk developments.
  • Analytical acumen, with proficiency in Excel and Google Docs, and experience in utilizing data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong in both verbal and written communication, particularly in crafting social media content.
  • Keen eye for detail, ability to convey concepts effectively and passionately, with a preference for collaborative work.
  • Passionate about beauty and social media.
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and meticulous.
  • Capable of thriving in both remote and in-office settings.
  • Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly changing digital setting.
  • Open to participating in social media content creation.

Responsibilities

  • You are expected to enhance brand recognition and interaction, overseeing content development for new launches, special initiatives, influencer collaborations, and more.
  • Responsibilities include daily updates on primary social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Responsible for generating, capturing, and editing content.
  • Writing copy for all social media posts.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of strategic social campaigns that contribute to brand development, community expansion, promotional activities, and significant brand events, aiming to boost follower numbers and enhance engagement.
  • Keep abreast of cultural trends to produce relevant content and collaborate with the Creative team to conceive timely narratives that amplify brand visibility and ethos.
  • Draft consumer and culture-focused briefs for creating mini social campaigns periodically with the Creative team.
  • Monitor and report on social media outcomes regularly to discern trends, establish, and normalize key performance indicators and benchmarks.
  • Manage content related to store events, openings, competitions, and collaborations, maximizing their impact across all platforms to foster engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams to maintain a uniform brand voice and character in all social media captions and interactions.
