Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers, fans, and customers to build relationships and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and content themes.
  • Monitor and enforce brand guidelines and social media policies across all platforms.
  • Monitor industry news and trends to identify opportunities for real-time engagement and content creation.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance to stakeholders.


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual design and content curation.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with creating and managing social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms.
  • Experience managing social media for businesses or organizations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with social media influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms.
