We are searching for a Content Creator to join Team Social at adam&eveDDB specializing in all things social media, content and digital. This person should be driven to make compelling & engaging social content from photography and video editing to design and animation. The Content Creator should also have a solid grasp of motion graphics, editorial & shooting capabilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently adapt to new software tools & project directions.

Team Social is a growing team who pride themselves on quick, on-trend organic and paid content for our clients on Instagram, X, TikTok and beyond who. Team Social works across the full portfolio of adam&eveDDB clients, so the successful candidate will have a varied workload and will have the opportunity to experience a myriad of clients and campaigns. Plus, opportunities to work on pro bono/charity clients and new business pitches.

Responsibilities

• Create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other social media channels
• Strategize, design, and produce both high-end lo-fi digital solutions, including video editing and shooting raw content
• Brainstorm inventive content ideas, apply new formats that promote engagement, collaborate & ideate during project meetings and contribute to creative insights
• Develop layout comps, rough drafts, and presentation materials as required, meeting project objectives, forging and executing exciting digital ideas
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and design ability with proven experience in visual composition across various mediums
• Execute creative elements based on direction from client & team leadership including attending client meetings and presenting creative materials and ideas
• Manage social content photo and video shoots
• Have passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through social media, following social media trends and memes
• Create and pitch ideas for reactive content moments
• Exhibit project management skills, strategic thinking, and manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, coordinate stringent deadlines and effective time estimation
• Execute design layouts and revisions according to creative direction
• Work closely with Team Social providing additional creative support on special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in content creation at an agency or brand
• Demonstrable experience within the social/content/digital space
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro & InDesign), Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects and Photoshop
• Required experience with motion graphics – designing storyboards and animating for final output
• Quick adaptability to new software tools and shifts in project direction
• Demonstrates a strong eye for design, page composition, and layout
• Passion for all things social media, pop culture & digital trends
• Understanding of the current social media creative landscape – what platforms are out there, what’s working and why
• Thorough knowledge of key social channels, formats, and best-practices
• Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn
• Confidence working alongside a range of client and creative teams
• Marketing background, creative problem-solving, and strong analytical capabilities are a must

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adam&eveDDBNYC. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
