Responsibilities

Who are you?

The Content Creator produces high quality, engaging content including media and written content designed for our personalized health platform members.  This highly collaborative role applies health education and behavior change expertise to create content that motivates, inspires and supports members to make healthy changes that improve their overall health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for health and wellbeing – applying what they know to their work and life. This passion inspires staying up to date on the latest research, theories and trends.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

• Responsible for creating high-quality, educational, engaging written and video content.
• Research and gather information to support content creation.
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and content team peers.
• Use AI tools to assist with content development, while balancing with a human touch to ensure high quality content that aligns with our voice, tone and brand guidelines.
• Select imagery that aligns with our Content Guiding Principles and brand guidelines
• Drive content quality through content team best practices & collaboration with internal subject matter experts such as clinical or product leads .
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In Order To Represent The Best Of What We Have To Offer You Come To Us With a Multitude Of Positive Attributes Including

• 3 - 5 years’ experience creating consumer wellbeing content.
• College degree, certification or comparable work experience.
• Editorial and content design experience for digital products.
• Experience in behavior change science or coaching a plus.
• Experience utilizing AI and/or video creation tools a plus.
• Experience creating content for a global audience.
• Strong writing, collaboration, and oral presentation skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Ability to create well-informed, accurate content .
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communicator both verbally and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player .
  
  

Work Environment

This role is primarily in an office or remote environment with reliable internet connection and ability to participate in teleconference calls which may include proprietary company information.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $52,800 - $75,000 annually. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
