BRIEF SUMMARY:

Farmer's Juice is a mission-driven and remote-friendly D2C company creating organic, affordable, cold-pressed juices and smoothies using low-glycemic fruits and vegetables 🥒.

We believe in serving both consumers' health ❤️ and wallets, honoring our farmer's economic interests 🌾, and respecting the planet's well-being 🌿.

We are hiring a dynamic and skilled Head of Partnerships to join our growing team and manage our partnerships strategy & execution!

This is a full-time role based ideally based in Los Angeles (or southern California). We are open to a remote hire if the mutual fit makes sense!

We are also open to starting part-time for a trial period (4 to 8 weeks), then moving into a full-time role shortly after.

Note: This role requires 2 to 5+ years experience leading partnerships for a brand or influencer. If you don't have this prior experience, no issues, consider applying for the Partnerships Associate position if you think you'd be a great fit.

We have an incredible Advisory board and network of connections including: Dr. Mark Hyman, Dave Asprey, Dr. Casey Means, Chris Kresser and Dhru Purohit and more wonderful folks.

Your job is to leverage the amazing network around the company to land partnership deals with high integrity influencers (email and podcasts, primarily) for affiliate deals or custom tailored partnerships

We have an amazing product in a fun health/wellness category that actually makes people healthier and (hopefully) a little happier too! So influencers are generally receptive to receiving a free box to try out.

You will work closely with the CEO to open doors, and win hearts and minds over to the Farmers Juice's partnership network.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnerships Strategy Development (the fun! 🥳): Develop and implement strategies for identifying and securing new marketing partnerships that align with Farmer's Juice’s brand and values.
  • Overall Execution (bringing it to life! ✨): Manage the end-to-end process of partnership engagement, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship maintenance.
  • Communications (wait, I get to collab with Dr Hyman?! 😎): Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing partners, addressing concerns, and fostering relationships to ensure partnership success.
  • Optimization (taking it to the next level! 🔥): Optimize and grow the affiliate program, including recruiting new affiliates, setting up commission structures, and developing promotional strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights (ah! new ideas! 🤓): Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reporting on key metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of each partnership.
  • Eternal Learner Mindset (what's working?! 👀): Be curious of industry trends and learn from industry peers to ensure Farmer's Juice remains a desirable and innovative partner.
  • Team Collaboration (better together! 🚀): Work closely with cross-functional teams including CEO and our advisors to align partnership efforts with overall company objectives.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Wild fact! Only about 9% of adults meet the federally recommended daily intake of vegetables 🥦. Veggie and fruit juices can expand our veggie intake, but most of them are poorly executed with high-glycemic fruits and low-quality produce. This is the problem we are excited to be solving.

Farmer's Juice delivers nutrient-dense, organic and DELICIOUS 🤤 cold-pressed juices, wellness shots (and soon smoothies!).

Each juice has a whopping 1.5 pounds of produce made with imperfect produce to reduce food waste and give farmers an additional income source 🧑‍🌾.

Most juices have more sugar than a can of soda! We specialize in low-glycemic green juices that have been tested on CGMs for a stable response.
