Looking to join a marketing team making a huge difference? ClassWallet is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in email marketing, organic and paid social media, and paid search and advertising. Candidates must have deep experience in HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Ads, and social media such as LinkedIn and Meta. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping ClassWallet’s digital marketing presence. Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Use HubSpot to manage, design, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on the buyer’s journey, ensuring effective targeting, compelling content, and high deliverability rates.
  • Oversee organic social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community management, and engagement strategies.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous optimization.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Stay informed about SLED marketing trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and leveraging opportunities specific to the sector.
  • This is an individual contributor role and will own all of the digital distribution of ClassWallet content across email, social, and paid channels.

Requirements

Requirements for Consideration:

Candidates for the Digital Marketer role must have the ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Expert level experience and/or certifications in the HubSpot platform including the Marketing Hub, CMS Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Expert level experience in various digital marketing platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Portfolio of successful B2B paid social media advertising
  • Strong track record increasing reach and distribution with organic B2B social media advertising

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
