Role Overview

Reporting to: Dev Karaca, Co-Founder & CEO

Location: Fully Remote - EST/PST Time Zone

Salary: Dependent on experience + commission scheme

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional with extensive experience in business development, particularly within influencer marketing platforms or the creator economy. This dynamic role involves forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

You will:

  • Develop and refine strategies to acquire new business, enhance sales, and expand market penetration.
  • Create Go-to-Market sales plans aligned with global directives to surpass annual revenue targets of $3M to $5M.
  • Implement value-based selling techniques and foster a culture of consultative sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis and draw own insights to determine next steps and continuously improve sales performance.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts, manage sales data, and optimize follow-up actions and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies complement product development, marketing, and client services.

Skills & Experience:

We believe that to thrive in this role you will need:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ad tech, or the creator economy, with a consistent track record of generating and closing new business.
  • Experience in developing and executing global sales plans and scaling revenue.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a respectful approach to client interactions, understanding the value drivers in recurring revenue models.
  • A solid background in market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, skilled at creating opportunities and driving significant market penetration.
