Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing specialist to join our Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. You will own identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, strategic vision, and relationship-building skills to the table, driving innovative initiatives that elevate our brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ongoing, multi-dimensional influencer strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
- Maintain brand influencer relationships across all campaigns and tiers.
- Work closely with brand marketing & creative teams to translate product and brand priorities into a compelling influencer strategy.
- Create compelling tastemaker seeding packages that align with key product moments including collaborations, campaigns and launches.
- Lead VIP and celebrity seeding program in partnership with LA based agency and showroom.
- Manage paid campaigns including negotiating partnerships and contracts, and ensuring all collaborations align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Work closely with the brand creative team on briefing and managing deliverables. Generate comprehensive reporting to help steer future partnerships.
- Manage and oversee execution of influencer affiliate programs, working closely with the performance marketing team to set goals and drive business growth consistently.
- Create a mid-tier to micro-influencer strategy that drives reach and niche audience engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, and propose innovative ideas to drive continuous growth.
- Manage influencer budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Handle influencer outreach, communications, and logistics, including sample shipments, event invitations, and campaign briefings.
- Manage and steer agency partners to help achieve brand goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in influencer marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer databases, social media analytics).
- Familiarity with legal regulations and guidelines related to influencer marketing (e.g., FTC disclosure requirements).

Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $136,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
