About The Role

This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing and/or publishing individual who possesses a unique blend of creative and business skills combined with the ability to deliver results! This individual will develop the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) narrative/story-telling linked to PR, Social, Influencer, Paid Media, Emersion, and Experiential Marketing. A primary focus will also be building relationships with beauty, lifestyle, and other influencers and supporting the VP, IMC, with marketing partnerships to drive awareness, engagement, and interest for e.l.f. Beauty Brand, Keys Soulcare.

Responsibilities

Detailed Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team to craft a cohesive narrative that resonates across all channels and campaigns, prioritizing brand integrity, innovation, digital engagement, and creative excellence
  • Serve as a pivotal link between various IMC channels, adeptly weaving together social, creative, public relations, paid media, and experiential marketing strategies to deliver impactful storytelling
  • Cultivate robust relationships within the beauty, lifestyle, and influencer spheres, identifying and leveraging key partnerships to generate earned media traction and fulfill ongoing content needs
  • Partner with paid, earned, and owned media teams to consistently drive year-over-year growth across all primary channels and initiatives
  • Collaborate with each IMC team member to establish and maintain operational excellence across all brands, including strategic planning, calendar management, KPI tracking, and performance measurement for effective communication with key stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, along with strong organizational prowess, problem-solving acumen, and strategic acuity to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for executive-level writing and proficient use of PowerPoint for effective storytelling and presentation
  • Ability to seamlessly connect marketing, digital, creative, innovation, and brand elements to construct compelling narratives and strategies
  • Proven track record of fostering fruitful collaborations with external partners, particularly within the beauty, lifestyle, and influencer domains
  • Show a collaborative spirit and ability to function effectively within a team environment, contributing positively to collective goals and outcomes
