About the role
StreetEasy is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the ideation, optimization, and growth of our omni-channel marketing program (email, push, SMS, in-app) for our B2B audience! In this role, you will lead the development of engagement strategies aimed at enhancing the usage of StreetEasy’s product features and ad suite offerings among our primary B2B audience of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for setting the overall engagement strategy, as well as for optimizing existing experiences and creating new ones to drive partner engagement and maximize business outcomes. As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will foster cross-functional and cross-team collaboration to develop seamless communication experiences, owning the end-to-end journey and connecting channel metrics to tangible business results.

- Develop multi-channel lifecycle strategies for our B2B audiences, encompassing onboarding, engagement, retention and upsell initiatives.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and segmentation, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign creation process, including creative review, briefing Marketing Operations and final approval.
- Defining key channel metrics, leading experimentation and reporting on them
- Measure and share accurate results post-launch, using insights to influence future plans.
- Apply a multi-channel strategic approach, incorporating all available channels, to develop and optimize campaigns. Gain cross-functional alignment to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Provide thought leadership to optimize user engagement, activation, retention, and reactivation programs through personalized customer experiences.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $103,200.00 - $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- 8+ years of proven experience leading lifecycle, email, CRM and/or engagement marketing programs in a multi-channel program. B2B experience preferred (ideally SaaS or marketplace).
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing methodologies and various CRM channel nuances, including extensive knowledge of email marketing. Experience in Iterable ESP preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus as is a technical background with experience using MarTech tooling.
- Outstanding communicator, persistent problem solver, and creative strategist with attention to detail.
- Tenacious and resilient with the ability to evolve amidst an innovative business environment.
- Ability to take ownership and have a high level of accountability. Shown experience of independently planning and running programs and projects of significant complexity and risk across multiple teams and functions with partners.
- Cross-functional collaborator, skilled in building relationships with engineers, product managers, analysts, creative teams, and content creators.
- Demonstrable experience deriving and using customer insights and data to understand the customer base. Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools and Google Analytics preferred.
- Process-oriented approach, prioritizing the end user when building workflows and campaigns. Strong project management skills, including conceptualization, alignment, resource planning, deadline management, and analysis. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
